The Glencoe Club is a private, family-oriented sports and social club located in the Elbow Park neighbourhood of Calgary, Alberta. Our members can train and play in our leading-edge sports and recreation facilities; grow and excel in our vast array of programs; enjoy our specialist services; dine in our first-class restaurants; and create lifelong memories with family and friends.
If you are genuinely passionate about our vision to be our members’ second home, providing excellence in all that we do, have a proven track record for creating exceptional experiences through your interactions and champion our values of respect, wellness, integrity, relationships, caring and innovation we want to hear from you.
As a central member of our People & Culture team, you are the face of human resources to existing, new, and potential Glencoe employees. You’ll provide thorough day-to-day guidance, recommendations, and support on all aspects of the employee life cycle including employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding/orientation, and learning & development, as well as policies, procedures, protocols, and best practice to leaders and employees at both Clubs.
Your personable, engaging, and naturally curious approach builds strong, genuine relationships across both of our Clubs, advising on enhancements and improvements that elevate the Glencoe employee experience. As a dedicated problem solver, you lean into situations and opportunities to build HR capabilities and capacity through solutions and outcomes that capitalize on growth and value, creating an engaged environment grounded in sound advice and best practices that align with organizational values, mission, vision, and strategic plan.
