• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, and training sessions.
• Assist with the administration of benefits programs and employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
• Collaborate with HR team members on various projects to improve HR processes and employee experience.
• Help organize company events and activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
