JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and training & development. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures as well as support in administration activities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree , College diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 year Experience of relevant work
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in data entry and data management practices.
  • Familiarity with change management principles is desirable.
  • Administrative experience is required
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining confidentiality.
