The HR Assistant/Coordinator supports the administrative and operational functions of the human resources department. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
