Role Description The Human Resources Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations at Voyage UAE. This position manages employee lifecycle documentation, maintains HR records, and assists with onboarding, offboarding, and orientation processes. The coordinator supports benefits administration, tracks leave requests, and helps ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR policies. Daily tasks include responding to employee inquiries, coordinating performance review logistics, organizing HR-related training sessions, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The role collaborates closely with managers and leadership to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Voyage UAE’s service standards.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including experience supporting day-to-day HR operations.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration and HR Policies, with the ability to help maintain compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including handling employee inquiries and contributing to a respectful, inclusive work environment.
  • Candidates should have prior Real Estate experience.
  • Additional beneficial skills include strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with HR information systems and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in HR coordination or administration, ideally within hospitality, real estate, or a service-oriented environment, is preferred.
  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
