Embark on an HR career in the hospitality industry at The Westin Cleveland Downtown! We’re looking for a positive, people friendly and action oriented HR coordinator. Create a positive work enviornment in our office welcoming our employees and handling/corrdinating their requests. Will interact with all generalist areas of human resources with the full support of a corporate office. This individual will support all HR efforts including recruiting, onboarding/orientation, employee requests, Workday payroll, benefits and involvement in department activities/employee relations. Supported by a great Corporate team and leadership team on property, with an interest in mentorship and helping your grow in your knowledge and proficiency in the HR profession.
