POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to help manage and maintain the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of employee data within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This position plays a vital administrative role within the HR team and serves as a central point of contact for both internal staff and external inquiries. Strong organizational skills, a high level of discretion, and a commitment to data accuracy are essential in supporting efficient and compliant HR operations.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and maintain HR data across multiple systems, performing regular audits to ensure integrity.
  • Serve as a resource for employees and external contacts by responding to HR-related questions via phone, email, or in person.
  • Partner with the Finance team to support payroll processing and act as the go-to contact for HRIS reporting and functionality.
  • Process and document E-Verify submissions in accordance with federal employment verification standards.
  • Provide support to the Risk and Benefits teams as needed for coverage or special projects.
  • Assist HR Business Partners with recruitment logistics including interview scheduling, applicant communication, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and improve administrative processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation using current HR tools.
  • Organize and coordinate HR trainings, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Represent the HR team with professionalism when interacting with staff and the public, always safeguarding confidential information.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
