The HR Coordinator will provide administrative support across various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and record-keeping. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day HR activities and promoting a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including reviewing requisitions and communicating with internal leaders.
  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires complete all required paperwork and receive proper orientation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job changes, and performance documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for record retention and confidentiality.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
  • Prepare reports and analyze HR data as needed (e.g., headcount, turnover, leave tracking).
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
