Zwicker is headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts, and has office locations across the United States. Zwicker is presently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily human resources operations and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for employees and candidates. This position provides administrative, logistical, and communication support across multiple HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and record management. The HR Coordinator serves as a reliable point of contact for staff, helping maintain an organized, efficient, and employee-focused HR environment. The base hourly rate for this position is $25 per hour. Responsibilities include Performs data entry as assigned in various Firm systems, including payroll, performance management, and HRIS-related systems Provides administrative and clerical operational support to the Human Resources Department and Firm employees, including, but not limited to, spreadsheet creation, reporting, and data analysis. Complies with federal, state, and local legislation pertaining to all employee matters Processes and ensures accuracy within all HR and/or payroll-related documents (i.e., time cards, personnel files, garnishments, etc.) Assists with onboarding new employees in HRIS, including but not limited to completing, verifying, and maintaining I-9 records. Ensures the consistency and accuracy of HR reports, data, and trackers Works on special projects as directed Assists with Human Resources support coverage Communicates with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., managers, employees) Schedules meetings, HR events, and maintains agendas Adheres to workplace and client-specific compliance standards Achieves position-specific performance goals Other duties as assigned Requirements A minimum of three years of experience in an administrative function Prior work experience in human resources (benefits administration and payroll), using a payroll system and/or related HRIS program preferred High-level knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) Exceptional organizational and time management skills Meticulous attention to detail Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence Physical Qualifications Be able to lift five pounds or greater Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed Be able to concentrate and use critical thinking Please note that this job description is not intended to be a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee in this position.
