Job Overview: As a Human Resources Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving key HR initiatives, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Organizational Development. Job Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding · End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including evaluating recruitment channels, posting job advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the hiring process to ensure a seamless candidate experience. · Recruitment Platform Administration: Administer and optimize the use of recruitment platforms such as Teamtailor and various job boards to attract top talent effectively. · Onboarding Program Execution: Design, oversee, and execute comprehensive onboarding programs, ensuring all requirements and checklists are completed with high quality and within established timelines. · Training Coordination: Collaborate with people managers to coordinate and facilitate on-the-job training programs, ensuring timely completion and maintaining high standards of quality. Organizational Development (OD) · Training Plan Support: Assist in the planning and execution of the annual training plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee development needs. · Training and Development Coordination: Organize and coordinate training programs and development activities in collaboration with people managers, ensuring they meet both business objectives and employee growth requirements. · Implementation of OD Initiatives: Support the execution of organizational development initiatives, including team-building activities, employee engagement programs, and efforts to enhance organizational culture. · Internal Communication Management: Oversee and manage internal communication platforms such as Viva Engage, Line OA, the Intranet, and physical bulletin boards to ensure effective and consistent messaging. · HR Project Administration: Administer and coordinate HR projects, including both country-specific and regional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. Daily HR Operations and Administrative Tasks · HR Administration and Documentation: Manage administrative tasks and maintain employee-related HR documentation in compliance with Quality Management Systems and company standards. Responsibilities include vendor registration, PR-PO processes, invoice management, and payment processing. · Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, Plant HR, and Regional Teams, to ensure seamless HR operations and alignment with organizational objectives. Monthly Reporting and Compliance: Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit required documentation to ensure compliance with the Department of Skill Development and other relevant regulatory bodies. · Training Records Management: Consolidate, maintain, and update accurate employee training records on a monthly basis, ensuring timely completion and adherence to compliance standards. Continuous Improvement: · Process Enhancement: Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and practices, leveraging a LEAN mindset to drive efficiency and effectiveness. · Operational Streamlining: Contribute to the optimization of HR operations by reducing inefficiencies, enhancing workflows, and improving overall organizational effectiveness. Qualifications and Competencies: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. · Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented and meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure compliance under pressure. Communication and Collaboration: Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written, with strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships and effectively communicate across all organizational levels.
