JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Human Resources is a strategic partner responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA and OSHA regulations.
  • Proficient in talent management practices such as recruiting, succession planning, and employee evaluation.
  • Excellent negotiation skills for handling contracts and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in organization design, change management, and program management.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with various HR software platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos) for managing HR functions.
  • Ability to analyze data related to human resources metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Proven supervisory experience in managing HR teams or projects effectively.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., Dayforce, Paylocity) for accurate compensation processing.
  • Strong presentation skills for delivering training sessions or reports to senior leadership. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive HR initiatives that support organizational success while fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
