Role Overview
The Human Resources Director is a key member of our Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy that fuels Alma Tire’s growth. This role owns the design and leadership of HR functions across all divisions; from recruiting and retention to compliance and culture. The HR Director will build scalable systems that attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining our values-driven culture and ensuring compliance across all locations.
