Human Resources Director | Hybrid in Tysons, VA | Pay: 150k - 175k/yr Job Description The HR Director will lead strategic human resources initiatives across global operations. This role is responsible for driving talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement while aligning HR practices with the company’s mission and business goals. Responsibilities Develop and execute global HR strategies that support business objectives. Partner with executive leadership to shape organizational culture and workforce planning. Lead succession planning, performance management, and leadership development programs. Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across technical and corporate functions. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to design competitive compensation and benefits packages. Ensure compliance with international labor laws and internal policies. Oversee HR systems, data integrity, and reporting. Ensure alignment with GDPR and other global regulatory frameworks. Support organizational transformation initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. Lead communication strategies during periods of change. Essential Skills 13+ years in HR with large government contracting companies. Experience working with C-level executives. International experience. Experience in companies with 2500 to 4000+ employees. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a global tech or aerospace environment. Proven success in strategic HR planning and execution. Strong knowledge of international labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Certifications such as SHRM-SCP or CIPD are a plus. Work Environment Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office located in a beautiful Tysons office.
