Position Purpose Beverly Hills Cancer Center is currently seeking an experienced, full-time hands-on Human Resources Director. As an HR Director, you will work with a team that operates in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to be a part of the company’s growth, while further developing your skills.  Essential Functions Include: * Planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices;  * Conducting recruitment efforts, including writing job descriptions, placing advertisements, screening and interviewing candidates, performing reference checks, extending job offers, and conducting new-employee orientations; * Performance management [https://www.thebalance.com/performance-management-1918226] and improvement of systems including performance development plans and employee evaluation programs; * Ensuring the organization is in compliance with local, state and federal regulations; * Overseeing the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization; * Employee onboarding [https://www.thebalance.com/employee-onboarding-positive-new-employee-experience-1918830], offboarding, development, needs assessment, and training; * Policy & procedure development [https://www.thebalance.com/how-to-develop-a-policy-1918870] and documentation [https://www.thebalance.com/documentation-1918096];  * Company employee and community communication; * Compensation and benefits administration; * Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health; * Employee services and counseling; * Designing and implementing employee retention strategies and continuing focus on positive company culture. * 5+ years of direct experience in human resources management preferred.  Education * Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development. * ADP knowledge preferred. * Experience rolling out programs highly preferred.
