Responsibilities What You’ll Do Lead and mentor the onsite HR team, ensuring strong HR operations, coaching, performance reviews, and day-to-day support for leaders and colleagues. Own full-cycle talent efforts including recruiting, staffing strategy, onboarding, and developing top talent using Canyon Ranch selection practices. Serve as a trusted partner to management on complex employee relations issues, investigations, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (including wage and hour). Drive key annual HR programs such as performance management, engagement surveys, and merit processes—turning insights into action. Act as a key leader on the Executive or Operations Committee, advising on HR strategy while fostering a safe, respectful, and high-performing workplace culture. Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in HR, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong working knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations investigations. Proven ability to lead a team, influence leaders, and handle sensitive situations with maturity, calm, and excellent judgment. Strong communication, facilitation, analytics, and organizational skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required).
