Director of Human Resources Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Review payroll bi-weekly and update personnel policies as needed.
  • Coordinating interviews for new staff along with the recruitment team.
  • Onboarding new hires and organizing orientations.
  • Evaluate annual performance reviews as needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources in a long term care or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
  • Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred

Director of Human Resources Schedule & Benefits:

  • Schedule: Full-time, day shift, Manager on Duty weekend rotation
  • Shift flexibility a must
