Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals, driving long-term success and employee engagement.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while managing costs effectively.
• Champion a robust talent management strategy, including succession planning and leadership development, to build a strong future workforce.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful HR strategies in diverse industries, demonstrating adaptability.
• Expertise in all facets of HR, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
