Job Description The Human Resources Director - EURA (3500 employees), leads the HR function to ensure the human capital agenda supports Egis’ business objectives. This entrepreneurial self-starter will oversee : Talent acquisition and retention strategies (including employment brand) Culture, workforce planning, and learning & development Performance management, leadership development, and succession planning Total rewards, change management, and organisational effectiveness Employee relations, policies, and compliance Deployment of global HR systems and people analytics Fostering an “employer of choice” environment More specifically, you will be responsible for : Transforming HR from a transactional function into a proactive, business-focused Owning total rewards initiatives (compensation, benefits, compliance) Building end-to-end talent capabilities to support business growth Assessing and anticipating talent needs; implementing leadership development programmes Driving fast, effective, high-quality recruiting (including technology talent) Increasing visibility of high-potential talent and launching career development initiatives Optimising the employment brand to strengthen market impact and growth Ensuring seamless M&A integration and retaining top talent Leveraging data-driven decision-making in employee relations and performance Building authentic, cooperative partnerships across the company Serving as a commercial, financially astute HR thought partner Demonstrating strong commitment to diversity and inclusion This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and may evolve based on business needs. Qualifications We are looking for a HR leader with a strong international experience, proven leadership, and the ability to drive transformation, support business growth, and operate effectively in a complex, multicultural environment. The ideal candidate will bring: 15+ years of HR leadership, including UK and Eastern Europe Experience in engineering or professional services for a global organisation Proven track record in building and leading high-performing HR teams Commercial and financial acumen in people solutions Experience with distributed, multi-country workforces and shared services Deep M&A, fast-growth, and transformation experience Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field (MBA/advanced degree preferred) Professional accreditation (e.g., SHRM-SCP) is an asset
