JOB SUMMARY:

The Director of Human Resources oversees the day to day operations of the human resources department. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, developing and ensuring effective implementation of plans, systems, policies, and processes for workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, legal compliance and record keeping, employee health and leave management/work comp.

DIRECTOR- HUMAN RESOURCES QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Administration, or other related field required.
  • Professional HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in management in human resource management in an organization with more than 500 FTEs
  • Experience with compensation/benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations and employment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suites and HRIS systems required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
  • Preferred Requirements:
  • 7+ years of HR healthcare leadership preferred
  • Experience in healthcare
  • Experience with ADP a plus.
