Our client, a well respected and reputable financial services firm has opening for a HR Director to join the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring effective HR operations.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, attracting top talent to meet the agency’s staffing needs.
  • Build a strong employer brand and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice in the marketing industry.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements and develop workforce plans.

Employee Engagement and Development:

  • Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Develop and oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Implement performance management systems and processes to evaluate and improve employee performance.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and consistency.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, making necessary adjustments to company policies.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage compensation reviews and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.

Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Promote open communication and a culture of trust within the organization.

HR Analytics:

  • Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced and rapidly growing organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate HR strategies into actionable plans.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £110,000.00-£130,000.00 per year
