Key Responsibilities The Human Resourced Director serves as the primary HR leader for the assigned business units, reporting to the CHRO and translating enterprise HR strategy into effective local execution for a warehouse-based business. Manages complex employee relations matters, ensures legal and policy compliance, and coaches leaders on performance, engagement, and workforce issues. Promotes a consistent, fair, and compliant employee experience.
