Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Director to lead and oversee all HR functions across our organization. This role is key to developing policies, programs, and initiatives that attract, retain, and engage top talent while ensuring compliance and supporting the organization’s mission. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and mission. Lead talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational employment regulations. Design and manage compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. Foster professional development, training, and succession planning initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health settings. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
