Position Summary The Human Resources Director is a key member of the Administrative Department, responsible for overseeing all HR functions to support the facility’s mission of delivering exceptional care and services to residents. This role ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while fostering a positive and productive work environment for employees.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
