JOB DESCRIPTION: HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

Position Summary The Human Resources Director is a key member of the Administrative Department, responsible for overseeing all HR functions to support the facility’s mission of delivering exceptional care and services to residents. This role ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while fostering a positive and productive work environment for employees.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and terminations.
• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring effective communication and accessibility for all staff.
• Compliance: Ensure job descriptions, HR policies, and practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Employee Relations: Investigate and resolve employee issues, conflicts, and concerns to maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent application of company HR policies and procedures.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized employee records, ensuring timely and precise processing of HR data.
• HR Systems and Processes: Optimize and maintain HR systems to enhance operational efficiency. Current system is UKG Ready.
