This role oversees all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, compliance, and organizational culture. Human Resource Manager Responsibilities: As a human resources manager, you will direct the human resource and payroll activities within your nursing home. You will provide supervision and implementation for your nursing home's orientation for new employees. You will foster positive and open communication with your team members. You will maintain workers compensation files. You will oversee the recruiting and onboarding process. You will manage workman's compensation cases.
