Description:
HUMAN RESOURCES QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and orientation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and retention.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Serve as a resource for employees and management on HR-related issues and provide guidance on best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
