Job Summary

Alpago Design & Build is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations across the organization. The role will be responsible for employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, attendance and leave administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, medical insurance, visa coordination, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee lifecycle activities from onboarding through separation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, salary certificates, NOCs, experience certificates, warning letters, salary amendments, and other HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRIS/database.
  • Monitor attendance, leave balances, probation periods, contract renewals, and employee documentation.
  • Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, and other adjustments.
  • Coordinate employee medical insurance enrolments, additions, deletions, renewals, and employee queries.
  • Coordinate with the PRO for employment visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards, medical fitness, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Support employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, grievances, and HR queries.
  • Ensure HR activities comply with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Support Learning & Development activities, including training coordination and record maintenance.
  • Prepare HR reports covering headcount, attendance, leave, overtime, employee movements, and other HR metrics.
  • Coordinate with Finance, department managers, PROs, and external service providers for HR-related activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all employee and company information.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within Construction, Design & Build, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related industry.
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
  • Hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, employee documentation, medical insurance, and visa processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
