HR OPERATIONS & EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle in SAP HCM Module, from hire to exit, including document preparation, visa processing, and medical insurance additions.
  • Prepare final settlements, conduct exit interviews, update MIS, and generate related reports.
  • Ensure correct and complete information is stored in the ERP system.
  • Issue HR letters for transfers, promotions, designation changes, and HRA releases.
  • Maintain and update all relevant HR trackers, including disciplinary and performance improvement plans (PIP).
  • Ensure compliance and effective implementation of HR policies across the company.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues fairly and promptly.
  • Conduct regular visits to employee work locations to maintain communication and engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in payroll and HR operations, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and WPS guidelines.
  • Proficiency in SAP HCM Module and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and reconcile payroll for over 200 employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain SAP HR Master Data and process all payroll-related transactions including absences, deductions, bonuses, incentives, gratuity, and other allowances.
  • Verify, reconcile, and approve monthly payroll data with Finance for salaries, final settlements, and off-cycle payments.
  • Calculate overtime, deductions, and other variable payments in compliance with UAE Labor Laws.
  • Prepare payroll sheets, WPS reports, and pay orders via electronic systems.
  • Administer payment statements and ensure proper recordkeeping.
  • Publish monthly payroll dashboards and headcount reports.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc payroll reports.
  • Process and verify overtime for on-roll and third-party employees; check and approve related invoices.
