Minimum Required Qualifications: Education Graduate in any discipline, Computer LiterateTraining Human Resources Management Technical knowledge:HR GeneralistGood English communication skillExperience 7 Years Responsibilities / Authorities: Participates as member of entity business management team In charge of HR processes deployment Manages HR local situations in accordance with BV guidelines Contributes to the world wide HR Network continual improvement of processes and tools Supports line managers to fill posts to meet business needs by internal mobility or external recruitment and integration of new appointments. Supports on people aspects of launch of new activities, restructuring & integration of acquisitions.  HR monthly reporting Ensuring job descriptions contain HSE responsibilities as validated by the organization Conducts HSE Induction to new employees on a timely manner  Ensuring the delivery and upgrade (as needed) of HSE training programs to all employees Maintain records of required safety and health training, certifications and medical surveillance Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies and procedures, client’s HSE procedures and practices.  Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/supervisor  Report immediately any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk Report immediately any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation Performance Monitoring:  Attend Professional Development Events - conference or workshop Keep the industry knowledge up to date Networking People Management Timely and accurate HRIS data management. Successful implementation of Induction programs within the regional timelines. Timely closure of payroll process. 100% compliance towards every HR function in line with Regional HR guidelines. Increased level of employee satisfaction. Decreased attrition rate within the entitySHAPING A WORLD OF TRUST - WHAT WE VALUE AT BV   We create trust between businesses and we are committed to cultivating an open and inclusive environment wherever we operate and so do our employees.
