In Sri Lanka, our manufacturing facilities are in the Northwestern and Western Provinces.  We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team at the Badalgama facility as a HR Executive (cum Departmental Secretary). This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling both administrative and human resource functions effectively. Position: Human Resources Executive (cum Departmental Secretary) Location: Badalgama- Haycarb Manufacturing Facility  Job Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including interview coordination and induction programmes  * Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS, ensuring a high level of confidentiality  * Assist in employee relations, welfare, and engagement initiatives to support a positive work environment  * Coordinate training and development activities and support performance management processes  * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labour regulations  * Handle internal HR communications and general HR administrative functions  * Provide secretarial support to the Factory Manager, including managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence  * Prepare reports, maintain documentation and filing systems, and coordinate departmental communications and logistics   Candidate Profile: * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field  * Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in HR or administrative roles  * Sound knowledge of HR practices and administrative procedures  * Strong interpersonal and communication skills  * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities  * High level of confidentiality and attention to detail  * Proficiency in MS Office applications   If you’re ready to take on this challenging and rewarding role, please submit your CV within 14 days of this advertisement by clicking “Apply Now”.   The compensation and benefits for this position are competitive and aligned with performance-based rewards.   Hayley’s is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
