Description
Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM) is an EduTrust registered Private Education Institution offering a variety of courses. We invite qualified and experienced individuals for the following position: Human Resources Executive Salary range: SGD 2500 - 3500 Reporting to: Human Resources Manager Job Description: - Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. - Handle administrative tasks for interview, onboarding, and offboarding processes. - Maintain and update employee records in Infotech HRMS and personnel files. - Monitor and process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations. - Handle CPF, IR8A, and Tax Clearance IR21 submissions. - Work closely with the Finance team for processing payroll for Singapore and overseas employees. - Coordinate employee engagement events to foster a positive work environment. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements: - Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity preferred. - Good knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act. - Meticulous and good team player. - Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills. - Fluency in both English and Chinese is preferred in order to communicate effectively with stakeholders, but not necessary. - Proficient in Infotech HRMS would be an advantage. - Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
