As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's operations and initiatives. This position is responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, record management, and administrative support. Key Job Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews. Onboard new colleagues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases. Assist in employee benefits administration and inquiries. Handle colleague inquiries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures. Support the resolution of employee relations issues and conflicts. Coordinate HR-related training and development programs. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
