About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Executive to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: · Responsible for all property Learning + Development administrative activities · Supports the delivery and execution of Learning + Development initiatives · Responsible for supporting any property or department specific training need as approved by the Learning + Development leader · Supports the Learning Needs Analysis and Learning Audit initiatives for the property · Drive and manage colleague engagement events, recognition schemes, and CSR initiatives, including the "Spirit of Jumeirah awards" and Colleague of the Month/Year programs.
