A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and employee orientation. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Support performance management, training, and development initiatives. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and labor regulations. Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters. Coordinate employee engagement and wellness programs. Prepare HR reports and assist in audits and compliance checks. What we need from you Previous experience in HR, preferably in hospitality or corporate settings. Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/systems. Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
