JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Human Resources Executive / Manager to take charge of all people-related functions at BPA. You will play a key role in recruiting and supporting teaching staff, building a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth HR operations that allow our team to focus on helping students succeed in their PSLE journey.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience preferred, with exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust across diverse teams.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing, education-focused environment.
  • Passion for education and people development; prior experience in the education or training sector is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff records for teaching and non-teaching roles.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Singapore regulations.
  • Support employee engagement through team bonding, wellness, and professional development activities.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations including leave, contracts, payroll coordination, and performance review processes.
  • Be a trusted point of contact for staff on HR-related matters and contribute to a supportive, collaborative culture.
