Description

Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience in UAE, preferably within the HVAC, MEP, Construction, Engineering, or Industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Experience hiring technical and site-based workforce, including engineers, technicians, supervisors, and project personnel.
Familiarity with UAE labour market dynamics and recruitment regulations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interviewing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, and Indeed.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced project environment.
