Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the organization's business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through effective sourcing strategies and employer branding.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
• Assist in employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Support HR administration, documentation, and other day-to-day HR operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes, employee engagement, and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools (preferred).
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law will be an added advantage
