We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and offer management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Handle salary discussions, negotiations, and employment offers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Meet hiring targets and recruitment deadlines.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good salary negotiation and offer management skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
• Experience using ATS or recruitment tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Experience recruiting for Engineering, BI
