This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence, supporting employee success, and driving growth within our organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong leadership and organizational skills, and is comfortable balancing people management with strategic business and process oversight. Key Responsibilities People Management: Oversee employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and performance management. Operational Excellence: Support workflow improvements, monitor Key Performance Indicators, and ensure process efficiency. Business Development: Drive client growth, strengthen partnerships, and expand local market presence. On-Call: Participate in the after-hours office on-call rotation. Emergency Management: Organize and lead Emergency Management Plan trainings and fire drills. Compliance: Support annual audits and handbook/policy updates. Qualifications • 2+ years of management experience. • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and compliance practices. • Proven experience in operations management and process improvement. • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality. • Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), PerformYard (Performance Management), and demonstrated Microsoft Office Suite required
