JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires a strong understanding of human capital management, talent acquisition, and employee relations, along with excellent communication skills.

EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as Lever, iCIMS, or Taleo is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers’ compensation processes, and employment law compliance.
  • Experience in project management within an HR context is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using various HR software platforms including Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian, or UltiPro.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Administer employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
  • Oversee employee evaluation processes and performance management initiatives to enhance workforce productivity.
  • Provide guidance on FMLA and other leave policies while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
  • Facilitate change management processes to support organizational development and strategic planning efforts.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict management and resolution.
  • Administer benefits programs and ensure accurate benefits administration for all employees.
  • Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Paychex for data entry, payroll processing, and workforce management.
  • Conduct training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and career growth.
  • Support affirmative action planning and succession planning efforts to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
  • Collaborate with management on organization design initiatives to align workforce capabilities with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of HR activities, including data collection for reporting purposes.
