POSITION OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist supports a wide range of HR initiatives within a collaborative, team-driven environment. This position requires a high level of proficiency across multiple HR disciplines, including benefits administration, compensation, employment, HRIS, payroll, and other related functions. The HR Generalist is responsible for managing projects, performs data analysis, and provides guidance to directors, managers, and employees regarding the interpretation and application of human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
