Purpose We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for supporting a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training & development. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR processes run smoothly. Job Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Maintain job descriptions and ensure alignment with organizational needs. Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a resource for employees, addressing questions and concerns while promoting a positive work environment. Assist in conflict resolution and escalate complex employee relations issues as needed. Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and company culture. Compliance & Policy Implementation Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies. Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company guidelines. Assist with audits, investigations, and HR reporting as needed. HR Operations & Support Manage HR data and generate reports for decision-making. Coordinate HR programs such as employee recognition and wellness initiatives. Continuously seek ways to improve HR processes and increase efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in human resources or related functions. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
