We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team in Sale, Manchester. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring that our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
This role is a 6 month fixed term contract that could be made permanent at the end.

Responsibilities
  • Administer HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and perform data entry tasks in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organisation.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and social media management to promote company culture.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and assist in the development of training programmes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and assist with offboarding processes as necessary.
