POSITION SUMMARY

This position serves as the first point of contact for managing employee onboarding and offboarding. This person provides support and resolves employee relations issues, ensures the implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures, oversees training and development, and provides monthly and quarterly support for HR reporting and data.

  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours

Responsibilities
  • Guide and advise managers on matters related to employee relations with individuals from diverse backgrounds (e.g., performance management, attendance, disability, workplace investigations, employee terminations, etc.), including gathering and preparing supporting evidence for appropriate recommendations.
  • Provide comprehensive support on employee relations for all staff inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
  • Build effective relationships with internal clients to understand their business objectives in order to proactively identify and implement solutions aligned with their strategy.
  • Facilitate the delivery of HR training programs, including progressive discipline, performance mentoring, leadership for supervisory roles, etc.
  • Responsible for all onboarding and orientation of new employees.
