  The Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium are seeking a highly organized individual who is comfortable wearing many hats.   DUTIES:   * Primary recruiter screening candidates and working with managers to ensure best hire * Processes paperwork for new hires & terminations * Assists with orientation for new hires * Distributes disciplinary letters for union employees * Manage & order security badges * Assist in processing FMLA * Enter/Verify payroll items, process/verify Salary & Bi-Weekly Payroll * Process retirement payments & run payroll reports * Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:  * Previous experience in human resources, recruiting or staffing * Experience with union labor * Experience interacting with a diverse population * Ability to comprehend verbal and written instruction and excellent communication skills EXCELLENT BENEFITS OFFERED: * Medical and dental insurance  * Health savings account (company funded) * Vision insurance, life and short term disability insurance (company funded) * PERF (Public Employee Retirement Fund) and 457 retirements plans * Personal and vacation time * Free parking *The Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium are a Certified employer of choice through EmployIndy’s Good Wages Initiative (GWI).
