Description

HR Generalist Duties:

  • Support recruitment efforts: posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain HR databases and personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, visa application, and other HR documentation.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., leaves, absences, bonuses).
  • Administer leave tracking, attendance, and employee benefits.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labor Law and company policies.

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure workplace efficiency.
  • Maintain company documents, records, and filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle travel bookings, event coordination, and meeting scheduling.
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed across departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar Admin/HR role in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
