Columbia Child Development Program, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the day-to-day HR operations of our agency. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and employee orientation processes Maintain personnel records and HR systems including Paylocity Track employee clearances, trainings, evaluations, and compliance deadlines Monitor and follow up on required documentation and recurring HR processes Support benefits enrollment and employment-related paperwork Assist supervisors with employee documentation and personnel processes including departures Prepare required HR reports and maintain confidential records Help ensure HR processes remain organized, accurate, and on schedule Unemployment, FMLA, and Workers' Compensation Prepare required HR reports and maintain compliance with agency, state, federal, and Head Start requirements. Candidates with strong background in human resources or administration will be considered.
