Roles & Responsibilities

Minimum 4 years in an HR generalist or HR operations role

Bachelor degree is mandatory

HR operations, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR systems.

Knowledge of employment law and HR policies

Experience in a global or matrix organization

Experience with HR/HCM systems

Emirati Nationality is preferred
