POSITION SUMMARY   This position is responsible for delivering professional-level Human Resources support across assigned business units and works closely with HR Leadership, HR Business Partners, and Operations Management. This role ensure effective execution of HR processes, provides frontline employee and manager support, and contributes to initiatives that advance HR service delivery.    RESPONSIBILITIES * Serve as primary point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related inquiries, ensuring accurate interpretation of policies and procedures. * Ensure successful completion of new hire onboarding activities, including I-9 verification, policy acknowledgements, new hire communication, etc. * Takes initiative to establish rapport with operations stakeholders to understand program needs, workforce challenges, and business priorities. * Prepare and distribute employee correspondence as needed. * Process routine HR transactions through HRIS/ADP, supporting areas such as position changes, personnel updates, and manager self-service. * Participate in data audits to ensure accuracy of employee and manager system records. * Manage HR service center tickets for assigned contracts, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation. * Assist with unemployment claim responses, documentation, and hearings. * Collaborate with HR Generalists and HR Business Partners on departmental initiatives, process updates, and trainings. * Compiles data, prepare summaries, and generate reports as directed. * Provide initial employee relations support by gathering information, documenting concerns, and escalating to HRBPs as appropriate. * Participates in, and may lead, departmental initiatives and projects. * Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance efficiency and consistency across HR operations. * Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and contractual requirements.   * This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties as assigned.     QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. * Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in HR related field. * Strong proficiency with MS Office required. * Experience with HRIS systems (Deltek/Costpoint, ADP, or similar) preferred.   * Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices. * Effective oral and written communication skills. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Demonstrated problem solving ability, analytical skills, and sound judgement. * Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and maintain professionalism under pressure. * High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.   BENEFITS   Constellis offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects its commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.   * Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance * Paid Time-Off Program & Company Paid Holidays * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Insurance: Basic Life & Supplemental Life * Health & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts * Short-Term & Long-Term Disability * Personal Development & Learning Opportunities * On-the-job Training, Skills Development & Certifications * Corporate Sponsored Events & Community Outreach   WORKING CONDITIONS   Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment with frequent interruptions.
