JOB OVERVIEW

JKS Industries, LLC, (JKS) and its affiliate companies are looking for a multi-talented person to perform the duties of the Human Resources Generalist/Construction Project Administrator position. This position requires you to set up and administer all aspect of a construction project, recruit employees, create, update and apply HR policies, making sure they adhere to standards and laws, and be able to answer questions and address concerns that employees have about their benefits. Below are some general duties and responsibilities of the position:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• An associate degree in Business Administration or related field, BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in the construction industry with demonstrated success as a project coordinator
• Experienced in Microsoft 365 Office, Adobe, or other PDF formatting software
• Experience using construction related software, such as FieldFlo, Procore, etc.
• Experience using payroll software, Paychex preferred
• Working knowledge of employee benefit plans
• Must have excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and be able to work in a team environment
• Bi-lingual Required (English/Spanish)

  Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
