Overview Location: Pittsburgh, PA Job Type: Full Time / 9m Contract Work Authorization: No Sponsorship The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Human Resource Generalist. Ideal candidates must have 1 year of related experience (internships considered), end-to-end recruiting exposure and be tech savvy. Responsibilities Support the HR team with HRIS support including testing and implementing enhancements Provide administrative support to a global talent acquisition team Support special projects with administrative support Ensure global compliance, security and data privacy standards and reporting for the talent acquisition system Analyze system functions, analytics, and tools to identify gaps and opportunities Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field Experience Required: Experience in a HR related role (1 year minimum, internships included) Experience with HRIS systems preferred Critical thinking skills Effective communication skills both written and oral

Responsibilities

The Human Resource Generalist will support the HR team with HRIS functions, including testing and implementing enhancements, and provide administrative assistance to a global talent acquisition team.
